Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Flame Frame Photography website (flameframephotography.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Flame Frame Photography provides professional photography services in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

• Wedding photography
• Engagement and couples photography
• Senior portrait photography
• Family photography
• Individual portraits
• Event photography

Specific terms for photography services are outlined in individual client contracts provided at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

Sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a signed contract and retainer payment. A retainer (typically 25-50% of the total) is required to secure your date.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session, unless otherwise specified in your contract. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by session type and are detailed in your individual contract. Generally, retainers are non-refundable as they compensate for the reserved date. Rescheduling may be available subject to availability and contract terms.

Intellectual Property

Copyright

All photographs, images, and content created by Flame Frame Photography are protected by copyright law. The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Client Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a personal use license to print, share, and display their images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images requires prior written permission.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Flame Frame Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes while respecting client privacy preferences.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flame Frame Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, accidents, government actions, or other events that make performance impossible or impractical.

Severability
